As a Barista you’ll create the Experience for our resident, families and team-members through excellent service and expertly crafted products.
You’ll be in an energetic environment where you’ll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft!
What will you get to do as a Barista at?
- Creates specialized coffees and smoothies as ordered.
- Dazzle residents, family members, and guests with engaging conversation to create an exceptional dining experience!
- Educate our residents, family members and staff on our drinks menu, and making great recommendations!
- Monitor and maintain inventory to ensure an adequate supply of product.
- Display a warm, welcoming demeanor while delivering healthy and delicious meals.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant/resort style dining environment.
- You'll build relationships with residents and enjoy coming to work but you'll also get to enjoy the work-life balance that you won't find working in a restaurant!
